Overview
At theschool.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Some items, such as customized products, digital downloads, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
